Import/Export Meet
iSwimTimes 1.5 adds the ability to import and export meets. Unless you are importing an iSwimTimes exported meet file, your swim club/school must post a Meet Entry/Event file on their website.
iSwimTimes can import two meet file formats.

1)Hy-Tek™ event files. These files are generated by your swim club and posted on a website. They usually are called “Meet Event File” or “Meet Entry File”. The extension is usually .ev3 . Many sites compress them into .sit files.

2)iSwimTimes exported meets files. These files are generated by iSwimTimes and can be emailed to someone who can post them to a website.
Both files must reside on a website and can be accessed through the Download Meet File option.

Download Meet Entry Files:
In this example, we will download from the Southern California Swimming website. Normally, you would go to your website to download the meet files.
1) In Meet View, tap the double arrow button in top left corner & select "Download Meet File" from the menu
2) One the page that appears, select the example Meet Files to Import Link "Southern California Swimming Upcoming Meets"

5)Then select "Download Hytek Entry File at bottom of meet description:
6) It will download and the your done!
iSwimTimes Export Meet Files
1) Press the double arrow
2) Select the Export Meet File option
3) Select the Meet File you want to export.
3) An email will come up with your default swimmer’s email. You can change this email. The Meet File is attatched as a CSV file.
You can export meet files from iSwimTimes. This files can be placed on a website for others to download so they do not have to manually download them.
